Returns Policy

We want you to love your Bonita Eloise piece. Every item is chosen, made, and packaged with care. Because of the nature of our work, we keep our returns policy simple, thoughtful, and fair to everyone involved.

Our approach to returns

Each Bonita Eloise piece is one of a kind, made from vintage and pre-loved materials. That means small marks, signs of wear, and a bit of visible history are part of the charm.

By purchasing, you’re acknowledging the character of the piece you’ve chosen. These are not mass-produced items. They’re made slowly, intentionally, and with the hope they’ll be truly appreciated.

We gently encourage you to shop mindfully, as we do not offer returns for change of mind or personal preference. These are limited pieces, and once they’ve found a home, they can’t simply be restocked or replaced.

When we accept returns

We’ll always work with you if something genuinely isn’t right. We accept returns if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You feel truly disappointed with what you received and it doesn’t match your expectations

If this happens, please email hello@bonitaeloise.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number, a short note, and photos if needed.

How to return an item

If we agree to a return:

  • Items must be sent within ten days of approval

  • They must arrive in original condition and packaging

  • Return postage is your responsibility

  • A £2 admin fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover time and materials

When returns are not possible

We are not able to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale or clearance pieces

  • Items damaged after delivery through improper use or storage

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. This usually takes between five to ten working days. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s on its way.

Our promise to you

We care deeply about each piece we send and want you to feel good about bringing it into your home. If something feels wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

All we ask in return is that you choose with care. These pieces come with stories. They’re not perfect, but they’re full of soul.
